Helping a growing business put structure around rapid growth
A growing owner-led business had secured significant new work, but its structure and responsibilities had not kept pace. Too many decisions still sat with the owners, and the next stage of growth required clearer roles, reporting lines and accountability.
We worked through the business structure, clarified responsibilities, identified capability gaps and developed a practical transition plan so responsibility could progressively move to the right people.
The result was greater clarity around who needed to own what, a more workable management structure, and a staged way to move forward without trying to change everything at once.
